The ServiceMaster Clean Racing Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on 6/15/10 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on 8/31/10 (the “Entry Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) and Canada (except the Province of Quebec) age 21 or older with a valid U.S. or Canadian driver’s license as of the date of entry. Employees and franchisees of The ServiceMaster Company and its affiliates (collectively “ServiceMaster Clean” and referred herein as the “Sponsor”), Charlotte Motor Speedway Inc., 7 Second Solutions Inc. and their respective parent companies and their divisions, limited liability and affiliate companies, respective shareholders, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, agents, advertising and promotion agencies and any other persons involved with this promotion and immediate family members of the Sponsor, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Inc and 7 Second Solutions Inc. (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and spouse) and those living in their same household are NOT eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in all U.S. possession and territories, the Province of Quebec and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law. By participating, all entrants (including the winners) agree to abide by these Official Rules.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.servicemastercleanracing.com (the “Entry Site”) during the Entry Period and follow the on-screen instructions to complete (and submit) the registration form, including name, address, city, state, zip code, email address, phone number. Once submitted, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received between 12:01 a.m. EDT on 6/15/10 and 11:59 p.m. EST on 8/31/10. Entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Limit: One entry per email address per day.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURES: No purchase or payment of any kind necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. You have not yet won. Ends: 8/31/10 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: a ServiceMaster Clean VIP race weekend package for two (2) which includes round trip coach airfare, double occupancy hotel for 4 days/3 nights, race hospitality at Charlotte Motor Speedway Inc., two (2) grandstand tickets for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Race event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup “Bank of America 500®” respectively, scheduled to be conducted October 15-16, 2010 at Charlotte Motor Speedway, two (2) infield passes, and a $300 check in the winner’s name (ARV:$4,200). Twenty-five (25) First Prize Winners shall each receive one (1) ServiceMaster Clean collectable diecast of the “Clean Machine.” (ARV: $25 each) Maximum ARV of all prizes combined: $4,825. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1 :85,000 for the Grand Prize and 1:3,400 for a First Prize. 3. PRIZES AND CORRESPONDING APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: a ServiceMaster Clean VIP race weekend package for two (2) which includes roundtrip economy air transportation for Grand Prize winner and guest from major commercial airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence, 4 day/3 night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, race hospitality at Charlotte Motor Speedway Inc., two (2) grandstand tickets for the NASCAR Nationwide Series Race event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup “Bank of America 500” respectively, scheduled to be conducted October 2010 at Charlotte Motor Speedway Inc., two (2) infield passes, and a $300 check in the winner’s name (ARV:$4,200). Twenty-five (25) First Prize Winners shall receive one (1) ServiceMaster Clean collectable diecast of the “Clean Machine.” (ARV: $25 each) Maximum ARV of all prizes combined: $4,825. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZE DETAILS: Meals, transportation other than that specified herein, hotel incidentals, gratuities, taxes or any other charges not included in Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel on dates designated by Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. Travel dates are as follows: Arrive in Charlotte, NC on 10/14/10, depart Charlotte, NC on 10/17/2010 . All travel is coordinated by Sponsor or Sponsor’s agent. Accommodations cannot be changed by Grand Prize Winner. If Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Racetrack which is located at 5555 Concord Parkway S., Concord, NC 28027, ground transportation may be substituted for air travel at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In case of such substitution, no additional prize will be granted to the winner. Grand Prize Winner’s guest will be required to execute and return a Liability and Publicity Release (where permissible) prior to travel or will not be permitted to accompany winner on trip. Grand Prize Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of travel. Actual value of trip depends on winner’s location and fares at time of travel. If actual value turns out to be less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and sales and income taxes and any other incidental expense on prize not mentioned herein. Grand Prize Winner will be required as a condition of receiving the prize to provide the Sponsor with his or her social security number so that appropriate reports may be filed with the appropriate tax authorities. Entry and acceptance of any Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice, address (city and state) and biographical information for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by Charlotte Motor Speedway, Inc. and/or any applicable sanctioning body shall be required as appropriate. All prizes are guaranteed to be awarded assuming a sufficient number of entries are received. In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the winners, the Sponsor or independent judging organization is unable to award any prize as described in these Official Rules, they will substitute a prize of similar nature and equal or greater value at their sole discretion. Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. If a selected winner is unable to accept the prize in its entirety, the selected winner will forfeit the prize and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing among all eligible entries. A winner is not a recipient of a prize until he/she has been verified or notified as a winner by the Sponsor or judges. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If any portion of the Grand Prize is cancelled or postponed, Sponsor will award remaining Grand Prize components and make no cash payment in lieu of the other component(s). Sponsor is only responsible for awarding remainder of prize should the race car event and/or the access to sponsor-designated track areas and hospitality portion of Grand Prize be cancelled or postponed. If weather affects the ability for the winner and guest to redeem any portion of Grand Prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the winner and guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the Grand Prize minus the unavailable portion of Grand Prize. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries.

5. WINNER SELECTIONS: Random drawing to award prizes will be conducted on or about September 1, 2010 from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winners need not be present to win.

6. NOTIFICATIONS: Winners may be notified by mail and/or phone and/or email. Two attempts will be made to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner within a five (5) day period. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to respond within the five (5) day period, or if the mail attempt is consistently returned as undeliverable or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification, and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign, notarize and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permissible by law) (collectively “Affidavit”) within five (5) days of date printed on notification or he/she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for prize notifications/affidavit(s) that are misdirected or not received. If prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, it will result in forfeiture of the prize and the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Prizes will be awarded within approximately 30 days after winner determination and/or verification.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or terrorism. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor and its respective affiliates, parent, subsidiaries or agents are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, stolen, misdirected, damaged, impermissible entries or any other error whether human, mechanical or electronic; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment or carrier/network, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the telephone carrier’s system, Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry.

Each winner agrees that Sponsor, Promoter, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Inc. and their respective, affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, agents, employees, drivers, directors, shareholders or officers of these companies, the City of Charlotte are not liable whatsoever for injury, damage, expense, accident, delay, irregularities, loss or claim caused or claimed to be caused, directly or indirectly, by participating in this Sweepstakes, or by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded.

By participating and redeeming a prize, each winner releases Sponsor, Promoter, Charlotte Motor Speedway, Inc and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and agents, employees, drivers, directors, officers, shareholders, the City of Charlotte from any and all loss, liability or damage resulting from or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and/or using prize. Entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee-Western Division at Memphis or the appropriate Tennessee State Court within the 30th Judicial District at Memphis; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to the actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights of claim to punitive, incidental and consequential damages and all other damages, other than for the actual out-of pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increase. SOME JURSIDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILTY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements; and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and/or (ii) cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal or cancelation.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
